By creating an account or using Da Vinci Circle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.

Paid memberships grant access to features for the stated period. Prices are shown before purchase and charged via our payment providers.

Memberships do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout; access ends when the period expires.

Referral commissions and clip-farm payouts are credited to your wallet per the published rates. Withdrawals are subject to review and a minimum threshold.

We may withhold or reverse earnings obtained through fraud, fake engagement, or policy violations.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no illegal content, harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access.

Content you post must be yours to share and must not infringe others’ rights.

Course materials and platform content are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-transferable use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Earnings are not guaranteed.
