Refund Policy
Our approach to refunds for memberships and marketplace purchases.

1. Digital memberships & courses
Because memberships and courses grant immediate access to digital content, they are generally non-refundable once accessed.
If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access, contact us within 7 days for a review.
2. Physical merchandise
Merch may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@joindavincicircle.com with your payment reference and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Creator payouts
Withdrawn earnings are final. Reversals only occur where earnings are later found to breach our Terms.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact Da Vinci Circle before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
